Working With Us

Your event will include our famous big pink BBQ on-site with BBQ Chef and adequate Buffet Staff that stay on site for your entire meal service. We serve Buffet Style and the buffet starts off with a beautiful floral arangement and is manned at all times to ensure cleanliness and to monitor that all dishes are full until the end of service. Hot foods are kept hot on chafing dishes and cold dishes are kept cold in our insulated ice tubs. We serve all condiments in beautiful clean stainless steel bowls… we do not use tacky squeeze bottles or packets!

All menus include paper plates, napkins and plastic cutlery, if you prefer china plates and stainless silverware these can be arranged for an additional fee. We can also help you with coordinating some of your event details or if you like we can look after all your event needs from tents to tables, linens, center pieces, flowers, balloons, staging, audio-visual equipment or even a dance floor. Just ask and we will be happy to provide you with a custom quote that suits your needs.

We go rain or shine… or snow! If you plan on holding your event outside, we do require that adequate coverage is provided to protect the Buffet tables from Mother Nature! Your only job on the day of your event is to greet your guests, sit back, and watch us make your event a huge success.

Terms & Conditions

A minimum deposit of $2500.00 is required to guarantee your event date. This is a non-refundable non-transferable deposit. The remainder is due one week prior to the event date. The minimum deposit is subject to change depending on the type or size of your event.

You require a minimum of 150 guests to book an event with us when ordering one of our Full Menus. A minimum of 300 guests is required to book an event when ordering one of our “Promotional” Menus.

A 15% Gratuity is added to all final invoices.

Our goal is to ensure that both the first person and last person through the buffet have the same amazing experience.
