A generous 1/2 rack portion of Canadian back ribs gently rubbed with our “Almost Better Than Sex Dry Rub” and marinated overnight. Then they’re slow roasted before getting drowned overnight in Kevin’s “Hog Wash BBQ Sauce” and then finished on the grill!!
