First we take prime Alberta pork and give it a nice relaxing massage with our “Almost Better Than Sex” Dry Rub and let it marinate overnight. Then we roast it low and slow before tearing it to shreds with our bare hands. Then it gets to wallow for a day in Kevin’s “Hog Wash BBQ Sauce” and then you get to squish it in a freshly baked jumbo onion bun.
